Lydia Shin, a legal assistant, has been with The Ye Law Firm since 2016. She is primarily responsible for communicating with the clients about their treatments and answering clients’ questions about their cases. Additionally, she spends her time communicating with medical providers about individual client’s treatment status and identifying any outstanding bills and requesting clients’ medical records. Finally, she spends the remaining time communicating with PIP insurance companies. She is always ready to respond to the clients’ billing questions as quickly as possible. She looks forward to answering questions to our Korean clients.
